Ritu Asthana is the Chief Marketing Officer at J.D. Power. She leads the company’s overall marketing strategy as well as the public relations, event marketing, digital and web marketing, thought leadership, industry marketing and brand licensing divisions for the company globally.
Prior to J.D. Power, Ms. Asthana served as VP of Marketing for Technicolor's Entertainment Services and Corporate Marketing divisions.
Ms. Asthana also has a long history working in the Technology Sector during her 14-year career at IBM. She was previously WW Director for IBM's Enterprise Marketing Performance division. During her time at Big Blue, Ms. Asthana's portfolio included regional, corporate and worldwide IBM leadership roles in the company's Software, Advertising, Corporate and Growth Market divisions. Her expertise is global -- having led teams responsible for marketing programs in the 100+ countries in which IBM operates and inclusive of a three-year international assignment.
Before IBM, Ms. Asthana worked for American Express in their Corporate Marketing division.
Ms. Asthana holds a bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA and an MBA in Marketing & Management from NYU (Stern School of Business).

David Barks is a Product Portfolio Director in the Autodata Solutions Division of J.D. Power. David oversees a suite of products that power vehicle merchandising tools and research experiences, including Incentives, Imagery and Compare solutions. In partnership with the Product Development Director, he leads development teams that deliver high quality and reliable solutions for our partners while managing the product roadmap to grow with industry and partner needs.
David has focused the majority of his career in the automotive sector, helping launch multiple online start-ups designed to provide unique and innovative research and shopping experiences. Following graduation from university, he served two contract terms with J.D. Power in their New Homebuilder Study division. Quickly transitioning into the automotive industry as a vehicle data and pricing analyst, he quickly began focusing on creating automated solutions to streamline and enhance tools and reporting solutions. Whether acting as a data architect, business analyst, overseeing data operations or as a Product Portfolio Director, David understands the importance of providing solutions that are focused on solving our customer’s problems.
David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Doug Betts is the President of the Automotive Division at J.D. Power. He is responsible for leading the strategy and operations for J.D. Power’s entire automotive division, which includes operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2017, Mr. Betts was at Apple, Inc., where he helped lead the introduction of Apple’s latest product innovations. Previously, he held senior executive roles in global manufacturing and quality at FCA-Chrysler Automobiles as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Quality with responsibilities covering all Fiat and Chrysler brands and services around the world; Nissan Motor Corp, as senior vice president of Total Customer Satisfaction for North and South America including Nissan and Infiniti brands; and Toyota Motor Manufacturing as General Manager of Quality for full size trucks, SUV’s and minivans.
Mr. Betts received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Rich Bongiorno is Managing Director, Customer Service Advisory at J.D. Power. He is responsible for the management of the company’s Customer Experience Management product, including the Voice of Experience (VoX) data and analytics technology platform, which is J.D. Power’s solution for customer experience management. In this role, he sets the strategic direction and product development road map in this space for J.D. Power. Additionally, he supports business development efforts as a subject matter expert within the organization.
Mr. Bongiorno joined J.D. Power in 1998. Prior to his role in Product Management, he led a global business transformation initiative for J.D. Power, which focused on improving the way the company designs, executes and delivers its syndicated and proprietary data and insights products to the market. This initiative involved global teams across the company organized into work streams.
Earlier at J.D. Power, Mr. Bongiorno held several roles of increasing responsibility across several syndicated and proprietary research engagements. He was responsible for the management and execution of some of the company’s most respected and watched syndicated studies across the automotive industry.
On the proprietary side of the business, Mr. Bongiorno has been responsible for some of J.D. Power’s largest and most complex proprietary tracking engagements across several different industries. During his tenure in this role, his team was nominated for and received the American Honda Premiere Partner Award multiple times.
Mr. Bongiorno received an MBA from Pepperdine University. He holds a certificate in Pragmatic Product Management and a Lean Six Sigma green belt certification.

Keith Bossey is the Managing Director, Global Business Intelligence at J.D. Power. He is responsible for creating value for clients in the wealth management, auto finance and home lending industry in North America and banking and payments industries in Canada. He leads the sales team to achieve excellence for brands through benchmarks, performance improvement programs, analytics, and certification. His areas of focus also include CX, employee engagement, operational effectiveness, brand messaging, UX, and Innovation.
Brands leverage Bossey’s extensive background in innovation, marketing, sales, customer and user experience in the financial industry to provide best-in-class financial services. Before joining J.D. Power, Bossey served as Senior Vice President at GfK where he led the financial services practice in North America and managed a portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University with a dual concentration in Marketing and Finance.


Tim Braley
Tim Braley is the Senior Director of Canada & Latin America Operations at J.D. Power. He is responsible for leading the business operations for J.D. Power’s Canada, Mexico and Brazil offices.
Mr. Braley has held several senior positions at J.D. Power including Director of Finance and most recently, Senior Director of Global Automotive Strategy and Product Development. Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2009, Mr. Braley was Director of Finance for the global marketing agency George P. Johnson Company.
Mr. Braley received his MBA from Walsh College of Business in Troy, MI and his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.


John Cabell
John Cabell is the Managing Director of Payments Intelligence at J.D. Power. He leads strategic thinking and study execution for U.S. and Canadian payment studies, including credit card, small business, and merchant satisfaction. His thought leadership has aided the transformation of credit card, debit, buy now pay later, and digital solutions.
Before joining J.D. Power, Cabell has over 20 years of practice in customer experience in the banking, payments, and mortgage industries.
He holds a master's degree in business administration from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and French from Virginia Military Institute. He earned a Certificat de Français Professionel from the Chambre de Commerce and d’Industrie de Paris and studied French Language and Economy from Institut d’Etudes Françaises d’Avignon.

Adrian Chung
Adrian Chung is a Director for Utilities Intelligence and Technology, Media & Telecom Intelligence at J.D. Power in Canada. He is responsible for business development and the management of syndicated and custom projects. Further, he provides clients with tactical and strategic support in improving customer satisfaction performance in order to drive retention and profitability.
Since joining J.D. Power in 2004, Mr. Chung has served in various market research roles at the company and has held responsibility for the management of numerous Canadian syndicated research projects. During his tenure, he has helped clients address specific customer needs from a cross-industry perspective, based on his experience in working with automotive, financial services, insurance, real estate and telecommunication client companies.
Mr. Chung earned a bachelor's degree in math and business from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario.

In his role as Executive Managing Director, Global Business Intelligence, Jeff Conklin leads Utilities Intelligence and Technology, Media & Telecom Intelligence at J.D. Power. He oversees the company’s industry benchmark studies, proprietary research, consulting, and performance improvement programs focused on improving the customer experience.
Mr. Conklin has 35 years of experience in strategic planning, customer experience optimization, and managing and measuring customer interactions. Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2001, Mr. Conklin was a management consultant with Navigant.
Mr. Conklin earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with emphasis on energy studies from Duke University, and a master’s degree in management with concentrations in finance and marketing from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Tim Copacia is Executive Vice President of Strategic Development for J.D. Power, specializing in the brand’s UnityWorks video campaigns.
Tim is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. He joined UnityWorks in 2011 to help elevate the company’s technology and video content expertise to new levels. Tim was instrumental in leading the sale of UnityWorks to Internet Brands (Autodata Solutions) in 2015.
Tim is a multi-dimensional senior automotive marketing executive with expertise in all customer communication channels supporting Tier 1, 2 & 3 marketing. His 30+ years of experience includes Super Bowl ads, brand experiences and events, customer loyalty/lifecycle programs, and omni-channel marketing campaigns. Tim is a former agency leader and CEO who has successfully led diverse teams of professionals across several major agencies within three leading holding companies (Omnicom, WPP, Interpublic) overseeing their largest worldwide automotive accounts. He is an industry pioneer in Digital Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience Management, Data-Driven Personalized Video Experiences and Mobile-First Video Campaigns for automotive retailers.
Tim has written several thought-leadership articles on video marketing and authored a book titled “Truths in Advertising.” He graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where he played football for four years. Tim also completed executive studies at The Wharton School. In his free time, Tim enjoys golfing and performing classic tunes with his long-time singing group, The Heartbreakers.


Jennifer Corwin
Jennifer Corwin is the Director of Consumer Insights for Travel & Hospitality Intelligence and Strategic Initiatives at J.D. Power. She is responsible for thought leadership and providing actionable insights and analyses in the company’s Voice of the Customer research across the travel and hospitality sectors. Her work spans multiple industry verticals within Travel & Hospitality Intelligence (hotels, airlines, rental cars, airports, cruise lines, loyalty programs, and destinations).
Ms. Corwin joined J.D. Power in 2011 in a research operations role supporting multiple industries, she later transitioned to a role within the travel & hospitality practice where she supported and guided syndicated and proprietary clients in achieving their goals and objectives through research.
Ms. Corwin earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and women’s studies from Western Michigan University.


Tim Dunne
Tim Dunne is a Director of Consumer Insights at J.D. Power. He manages a team of Consumer Insights analysts covering the Automotive, Technology/Media/Telecom, Utilities (Electric/Gas/Water) and Diversified Home Products industries, primarily in the United States and Canada.
Previously at the company, Mr. Dunne was Director, Automotive Industry Analytics, where he was responsible for coordinating, and contributing to, global automotive studies in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
Mr. Dunne has more than 30 years of experience working in the market research and business consulting industries, with nearly half of that time spent in Asia Pacific markets. Prior to joining J.D. Power, he was a partner at Automotive Resources Asia Ltd. (ARA), an automotive market research and consultancy he helped establish in 1994. ARA was acquired by J.D. Power in September 2006. From 1994 to 2006, Mr. Dunne lived in China and Southeast Asia, working with vehicle manufacturers, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and other automotive related companies on proprietary research and consulting projects in Asian automotive markets.
Mr. Dunne is a frequent guest speaker on the challenges and opportunities the global automotive industry faces. He frequently writes about developments in the global automotive industry and is regularly quoted in business and automotive publications on recent emerging trends in automotive retail, technology, marketing and government policies shaping the sector.

Pete Cimmet is Chief Strategy Officer at J.D. Power. Mr. Cimmet is responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic initiatives to accelerate the company’s growth in its targeted markets globally.
Mr. Cimmet is a seasoned executive with experience in corporate management, private equity, and investment banking. Before joining J.D. Power, Mr. Cimmet was a Managing Director and Partner of Olympus Capital, an Asia-focused private equity fund. Before Olympus Capital, Mr. Cimmet was a member of the Executive Committee and the Global Head of Strategy and Business Development at Arysta LifeScience, an agrochemical and life sciences company with $1.9 billion in revenues. Prior to Arysta LifeScience, Mr. Cimmet spent 11 years in investment banking with Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and Bear Stearns where he focused on the technology, media and telecommunications sectors and executed over $50 billion of M&A transactions.
Mr. Cimmet holds a BS in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Ian Greenblatt is Managing Director and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Intelligence Lead at J.D. Power. He is responsible for delivering syndicated and custom research, advisory services, and business performance improvement consulting for wireline and wireless providers, and covering the newest technologies, devices and media channels.
Mr. Greenblatt joined J.D. Power in 2018 from his own boutique consulting practice in which he provided strategy and board of directors’ guidance to public companies, and enabled public and private investors, private equity and hedge funds to invest capital in the cable and broadcast space. Previously, Greenblatt served as Vice President, Strategy & Business Development at ARRIS, the world leader in set-top box and cable modem technology. In that role, he provided strategy and leadership to monetize the multiscreen products portfolio and played an integral part in transactions to grow ARRIS’ solutions capabilities.
Before ARRIS, Mr. Greenblatt was responsible for content strategy and business development at Motorola Mobility, a division of Google. Together with world-leading researchers and technologists, he drove Motorola corporate development of next-generation video server and associated services for set-tops and mobile devices by identifying and developing technologies and providers to define future video experiences, along with guiding teams to develop or acquire such technology.
Mr. Greenblatt earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law.

Joseph (Joe) DaMour is Chief Financial Officer at J.D. Power. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations, encompassing accounting and financial reporting, as well as purchasing, legal and treasury. He also provides strategic and tactical guidance to the leadership team as the company continues to profitably grow its operations.
Mr. DaMour has more than 30 years of automotive experience in senior level management positions. Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2013, he was Chief Financial Officer of Via Motors, a privately held electric vehicle development and manufacturing company. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Fisker Automotive, a luxury plug-in electric vehicle manufacturer.
Previously, Mr. DaMour spent nearly 25 years with General Motors, the last 20 in executive-level positions of increasing responsibility around the world, including Europe, South America and Asia. As Executive Director, Corporate Restructurings, he led the project management office, which restructured the company and took it in and out of bankruptcy. As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GM global powertrain, he led the company’s efforts in selling the Allison Transmission division to two private equity firms for $5.6 billion. Earlier, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Motors Asia Pacific, Mr. DaMour was responsible for establishing the strategic financial direction for the Asia Pacific region. In addition to his extensive financial experience, particularly in the areas of debt and equity financing and restructuring, he was the General Director of Marketing and Sales for General Motors do Brasil.
Mr. DaMour received a bachelor’s degree in political science (magna cum laude) and a juris doctor-master of business administration degree from the University of Michigan.

Dave Habiger is President and CEO of J.D. Power, the global leader in consumer data & analytics. The company serves a variety of industries, including automotive, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, utilities and travel.
Mr. Habiger is a seasoned technology sector visionary who has led several initial public offerings and served as CEO of multiple public companies listed on both the NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2018, Mr. Habiger was a Founder and Partner of Silicon Media Partners. Previously, Mr. Habiger served as CEO of Textura (NYSE: TXTR), CEO of NDS Group, and President and CEO of Sonic Solutions (NASDAQ: SNIC), each of which saw significant growth and success under his leadership. He was also named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Mr. Habiger is also a director on the Chicago Federal Reserve Board where he serves on the SABOR (Systems Activities, Bank Operations, and Risk) and the Governance & HR Committees for the Federal Reserve. He served as Chairman of a governmental Electric Vehicle Commission to design infrastructure for charging stations and he is a long-standing member of the Society of Automotive Engineers. He is also a director of several public boards and is a member of the board of trustees at Rush University Medical Center.
Mr. Habiger received an MBA from The University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Norbert College.

Chris Hodges is a Vice President leading J.D. Power’s Customer Experience Solutions practice. His focus is helping clients drive top-line revenue growth and increase operational efficiencies with effectively executed customer and employee experience strategies. As an accomplished problem solver, project manager, and change enabler, Chris works with executive-level leaders across multiple channels and business units to align technology strategies and solutions with business goals.
Prior to joining J.D. Power, Chris spent 20 years in business and technology consulting at Accenture, West Monroe Partners and Infosys Consulting leading digital customer experience initiatives for an array of Global 1000 enterprises across many industries including Automotive, Financial Services & Insurance, Energy & Telecom, Software & High Tech, Healthcare, Private Equity, Retail & CPG, Life Sciences and Manufacturing.
Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems at Florida State University.

Nathan (Nate) Hood is a Group Account Director – Planning Services for the Autodata Solutions division of J.D. Power.
Nate formally leads the sales, product and client service functions for Autodata’s AutoPlanner, Incentivewatch and Incentive News products. He has nurtured a large customer base within the United States and Canada, helping AutoPlanner achieve approximately 90% market share within the OEM community.
Nate has a rich automotive experience with General Motors, Saab and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles where he served in a variety of senior analyst and managerial roles in the Pricing, Incentives, Remarketing and Operations. Nate not only understands the power of data-driven applications such as AutoPlanner but also how to implement and understand the output to achieve the ideal price/value relationship.
Nate joined Autodata in 2012 and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.


James Houston
James Houston is Managing Director and Head of Lending Intelligence at J.D. Power. He is responsible for leading and directing the practice in providing the auto finance industry with Voice of the Customer data and insights into the current market and future trends.
Mr. Houston joined J.D. Power in 2016, bringing with him nearly 30 years of experience in the auto finance business, most recently at TD Auto Finance. There, he was head of major account strategy; data governance and business intelligence; fair lending; and pricing and program development. Prior to TD Auto Finance, Mr. Houston was senior manager of marketing operations and acquisition strategies at Chrysler Financial, where he directed the activities and performance of field sales operations; pricing and program development; portfolio systems and support; reporting and business intelligence; and Chrysler Reward Visa. Previously, he was vice president of national accounts at Chase Automotive Finance and senior vice president of the Midwest region at Bank of America Auto Group.
Mr. Houston received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.

Craig Jennings is the President of the Autodata Solutions division at J.D Power which includes its associated brands ChromeData and UnityWorks. Mr. Jennings is responsible for providing leadership concerning the growth and operations of the division’s Automotive data, content, OEM software and marketing automation offerings. Prior to the J.D. Power and Autodata Solutions merger, Mr. Jennings was the President and CEO of the Autodata Solutions company. He joined Autodata Solutions in 2007 with a primary focus on driving revenue growth by leading successful client sales, delivery and service organizations.
Before joining Autodata Solutions, Mr. Jennings served for 9 years as a Vice President at Digitas with a concentration on building the global digital marketing agency’s automotive vertical. Mr. Jennings began his career as an equity trader and analyst with Fidelity Investments. He transitioned to client services and then ultimately operations leadership, launching and managing various marketing, sales and operations for Fidelity’s high net worth offerings.
Mr. Jennings holds a BS in Finance from Bryant University and an MBA from Boston University.

Tyson Jominy is Vice President, Data & Analytics at J.D. Power. Tyson has worked for J.D. Power and the Power Information Network since September 2009, advising OEMs on pricing and incentives for new and used car sales. Prior to joining J.D. Power, Tyson worked for Ford Motor Company and Nissan North America, where he held several positions within finance and sales & marketing, leading OEM projects in product development, manufacturing operations, pricing and financial control. Additionally, he has managed financial forecasting and planning in the CPG industry and advised executives in corporate development and M&A in the energy sector.
Tyson has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and a master’s of business administration from The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business in Chicago, IL.

Emily Jordan is a Director for Consumer Insights at J.D. Power where she leads a team of analysts in the healthcare, insurance, and wealth management industries. The analysts provide clients with data-driven insights and perspectives to support decision-making and drive profitability and growth. Ms. Jordan also serves as the Consumer Insights lead for several benchmarking studies that investigate product and service quality, customer satisfaction, and buyer behavior. In this role, she communicates actionable insights and recommendations to executives based on critical analysis of quantitative outputs and strategic thinking.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2018, Ms. Jordan was a Research Director at Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW), a collaboration of data-driven companies known for helping clients solve complex business challenges. Before LRW, she was a Deputy Director of Advancement at the University of Southern California (USC), where she led marketing activities and raised funds for the university. Ms. Jordan worked for several other not-for-project organizations before her work at USC, where she led marketing activities and directed programs.
Ms. Jordan earned a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley; and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California.


Robert Karwel
Robert Karwel is Senior Manager of Automotive Practice in Canada, responsible for management of the PIN data system. PIN Explorer is the leading vehicle transaction database system in Canada which is used by the OEMs and dealers to help manage vehicle sales performance.
Mr. Karwel joined J.D. Power in 2014. He brings with him a decade of experience within the Canadian auto industry working in Product Planning, Incentive Planning and Market research roles at Nissan Canada and Infiniti Canada, and working with GM Canada’s agency partner on Market research. Previous to that, Robert has also worked on Bay Street in the Financial industry at CIBC Mellon Global Securities, and at Daimler Chrysler Financial.
Mr. Karwel has an honours degree in Economics from the University of Toronto.


Scott Killingsworth
Scott Killingsworth is Director, Customer Service Advisory at J.D. Power. He currently manages the J.D. Power Customer Service Certification programs and is responsible for developing and maintaining the standards and operational benchmarks for the program. He also manages both internal teams and external partners in the execution of certification surveys and on-site evaluations of client operations.
Mr. Killingsworth has more than 20 years consulting experience to both B2B and B2C clients across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, travel and insurance. Prior to joining J.D. Power, he was a market manager for Tecnol, Inc., a manufacturer of contamination control products for semiconductor, pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Thomas King is President, Data & Analytics Division and Chief Product Officer at J.D. Power. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company’s growing D&A segment, including oversight of revenue and profitability; business development initiatives; marketing; budget management; new product development and execution; and other general operational plans.
Most recently, King served as Vice President, PIN OEM Operations, Digital Marketing Analytics, and Auto Finance. In this role, he led the company’s newly combined PIN, Digital Marketing Analytics and Auto Finance practices. Previously, he was the Senior Director of PIN Consulting & Analytics and was responsible for the ideation, creation and delivery of all PIN client-facing services including analytical reports and consulting services.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2005, Mr. King was in Global Market and Industry Analysis at General Motors. There, he analyzed the U.S. automotive industry, focusing on sales, pricing and incentive dynamics.
Mr. King received a master’s degree in economics, management and materials science from the University of Oxford in England.

Jamie Kozlik is a Senior Director of Business Development for J.D. Power, specializing in the ChromeData brand of offerings.
Jamie has been with ChromeData for over 24 years in various sales and business development roles. She serves the non-OEM partner/reseller channel for some of the top companies in automotive, finance and customer-facing web sites. She is focused on client retention and expanding technology into the growing client base. Jamie has a passion for identifying, pursuing and closing new business using solution-selling techniques, with an emphasis on long-term relationship development.
Jamie holds a BS In Business/Marketing from Oregon State University.

Craig Martin
Craig Martin is the Managing Director and Global Head of Wealth and Lending Intelligence that includes the Wealth Management, Auto Finance and Home Lending practices. During his tenure at J.D. Power, Mr. Martin has also served as the Mortgage and Wealth Management practice lead and led various cross-industry initiatives.
Mr. Martin is the author of numerous articles and reports on the evolving foundations of customer experience; links between customer satisfaction and business success and key challenges facing the Financial Services industry. In 2016, he was named to HousingWire Magazine’s Rising Stars list recognizing 50 young leaders energizing the housing economy. Mr. Martin’s career spans over 20 years in the financial services, customer experience and research industries.
Before joining J.D. Power, Mr. Martin was Vice President, Consumer Deposit Products at BBVA Compass, and a Vice President at Regions Financial Corporation, where he served in various roles in both consumer and commercial lines of business, with a focus on customer experience, research, analytics and strategy.
