The J.D. Power Canada Customer Service Index (CSI) Study℠ benchmarks customer satisfaction with maintenance and repair service at new-vehicle dealerships, based on survey responses from owners of 1 to 3-year old vehicles.

Customer satisfaction is tracked from Service Initiation all the way through to Vehicle Pick-Up, including Service Quality and Service Facility.

What’s more, CSI probes customers for evolving service expectations and provides clients with a forecast of key customer satisfaction metrics for the years ahead.
