Study Details
The J.D. Power Canada Customer Service Index Long Term (CSI-LT) Study℠ examines customer satisfaction with maintenance and repair service at new-vehicle dealerships, as well as in the automotive aftermarket.
Customer satisfaction among owners of 4-12 year old vehicles is tracked from Service Initiation all the way through to Vehicle Pick-Up, including Service Quality and Service Facility.
CSI-LT also examines the share of dollars and service visits for both dealers and non-dealers.

The brand(s) that rank highest in each award-eligible segment and meet predetermined award criteria will have the opportunity to enter into a licensing agreement through the J.D. Power Awards Program, which requires subscribing to the study as a prerequisite.
