Eric Marshall joined J.D. Power in 2015 and is Director within the Insurance Intelligence Group. In this role, he is responsible for working with clients in leading customer experience initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Mr. Marshall collaborates with clients to engage J.D. Power’s expertise in benchmarking and analytics, while advising on industry best practices and customer experience initiatives.
Prior to joining J.D. Power, Mr. Marshall spent 10 years as a National Account Director at LexisNexis and 6 years at Experian. Both positions helped to broaden Mr. Marshall’s capabilities in becoming a trusted advisor to clients, helping to transform data into actionable insight in the financial services, insurance, and investment industries. He has participated as an industry speaker at several events and worked directly with customers on community outreach initiatives.
Mr. Marshall spent many years as a volunteer & Board appointee in Industry Associations and is an active leader is his community with youth sports. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern New Hampshire University and lives in Southern NH with this wife and children.
