With more than a decade of experience in the retail automotive industry managing both sales and the business office, David understands the development needs and challenges for the Financial Services Manager, Dealer and OEM.

Today, David heads LGM’s national training division after spending six years in the field as a leading Dealer Development Manager. His efforts are now focused on developing innovative dealership training programs that challenge his trainers and class participants to think outside of the box in ways that optimize the business office and improve the customer experience.

In addition to his successful track record in the industry, David has earned his Masters in Education, holds an LLQP (Life License Qualification), has achieved his Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation with Distinction, and has completed The Refinery Group's Leadership Program with LGM.
